Common questions
Can I get an estimate without anyone coming out?
We would rather not. A satellite measurement gets you a number, not an assessment, and the number moves once someone actually gets on the roof. The inspection is free either way.
Do you offer financing?
We do. Details are on our financing page, and the terms come from the lender rather than from us, so you will see them before you commit to anything.
Do I need a full replacement or will a repair hold?
It depends on whether the shingle field still has life in it. If the failure is isolated to flashing, a valley or a few courses, a roof repair is the right call. If the shingles are brittle and shedding across the whole roof, patching it is throwing money at it. We will tell you which one you have.
