There is no single St. Louis County roof. Kirkwood, Webster Groves, Ladue and University City are full of pre-war houses with steep pitches, complicated valleys and original slate or tile. Common questions
What does the warranty actually cover?
Our installations carry a ten-year workmanship warranty. That covers our labor. The shingle itself carries whatever the manufacturer offers, and we will tell you which is which in writing rather than blurring the two together.
Can I get an estimate without anyone coming out?
We would rather not. A satellite measurement gets you a number, not an assessment, and the number moves once someone actually gets on the roof. The inspection is free either way.
Do you offer financing?
We do. Details are on our financing page, and the terms come from the lender rather than from us, so you will see them before you commit to anything.
