How long does a replacement take?
Most houses in this area are a one-day tear-off and install, two if the roof is large or the weather turns. We do not leave a roof open overnight if we can avoid it, and if we have to, it gets dried in properly first.
Will you replace the gutters at the same time?
If they need it, doing both together is cheaper than doing them separately, because the drip edge and the gutter apron come off anyway. If they do not need it, we will say so.
