Arrowhead Roofing & Exteriors wants every customer in the St. Louis area to be able to use arrowheadroofingstl.com, including people who browse with a screen reader, a keyboard alone, screen magnification, or captions.
What we are working toward
We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is our target, not a finished result. We have not had this site audited by an independent accessibility firm, so we do not claim it fully conforms today.
What we have done so far
- Pages use headings in order so a screen reader can move through them.
- Images that carry meaning have alternative text describing what they show.
- Forms have visible labels, and required fields are marked.
- Phone numbers and email addresses are real links you can activate from the keyboard.
- The site works on a phone, a tablet, and a desktop, and it reflows when you zoom in.
Known limitations
We would rather tell you where the gaps are than pretend there are none.
- We have not completed a full keyboard and screen reader pass on every page. Some service pages may still have problems we have not found.
- Color contrast has not been verified on every element.
- The chat window on this site is supplied by Meta. Financing applications are handled on our lending partners’ own websites. We do not control the accessibility of either, and problems there need to be raised with those companies.
- Older photos in our project gallery may have incomplete alternative text.
We do not use an accessibility overlay or a toolbar widget. Overlays often get in the way of the assistive technology you already have set up, so we fix the site itself instead.

We review accessibility when we make significant changes to the site and at least once a year, and we update this statement when the picture changes.
