Arrowhead Roofing

Troy is the Lincoln County seat and has taken on a lot of commuter growth, so the housing runs from old town center properties to subdivisions built in the last twenty years. It is a short run north from our St. Charles County base.

Troy has absorbed a lot of people who work toward St. Charles and St. Louis but wanted land, and the housing splits along exactly that line. There are older properties in and around the town center that need real repair work, and there are twenty-year-old subdivisions on the edges now hitting their first replacement. Being the county seat also means more commercial and municipal buildings than the rest of Lincoln County.

Arrowhead Roofing & Exteriors works throughout Troy and the rest of Lincoln County out of our office in Weldon Spring. Free inspections, honest assessments, and a ten-year workmanship warranty on our installations. Call 636-730-0405.

Roofing services we provide in Troy

Two kinds of roofs, two kinds of work

Troy does not have one housing type, so we do not have one answer. On the older properties the work is usually careful: flashing, valleys, chimney details, and repairs that respect how the house was built. On the newer subdivision houses it is more often storm assessment, insurance claim help and eventual roof replacement when the original builder-grade shingle gives out.

What does not change is that we get on the roof before we quote it. You cannot tell the difference between a roof with five years left and a roof with fifteen from a satellite image or the end of a driveway, and a quote built that way is a guess.

Commercial roofing in Troy

Commercial roofing is a large part of what we do, not a sideline. If you own or manage a building in Troy we handle:

Most flat roofs in Troy do not fail across the field. They fail at seams, terminations, penetrations, drains and scuppers. That means a leak is usually a repair rather than a replacement, and any contractor who opens with a tear-off number before walking the roof is guessing. We find the actual source, price the repair, and tell you honestly how much life is left in the system.

After a storm

Severe weather in this region does not always announce itself on the roof. Check your gutters for granule buildup, look for shingle pieces in the yard, and watch for new staining on upstairs ceilings. If anything looks off, we will do a free roof inspection and tell you whether it is a roof repair, an insurance claim, or nothing at all. We can also help with the insurance claim help if it comes to that.

Where we work from

Troy is inside our regular service area and we work there every week. Our office is at 6020 Weldon Spring Pkwy, Weldon Spring, MO 63304. We do not keep a separate storefront in every town we serve, and we would rather say that plainly than list addresses that are really just mailboxes.

Common questions

What does the warranty actually cover?

Our installations carry a ten-year workmanship warranty. That covers our labor. The shingle itself carries whatever the manufacturer offers, and we will tell you which is which in writing rather than blurring the two together.

Can I get an estimate without anyone coming out?

We would rather not. A satellite measurement gets you a number, not an assessment, and the number moves once someone actually gets on the roof. The inspection is free either way.

Do you offer financing?

We do. Details are on our financing page, and the terms come from the lender rather than from us, so you will see them before you commit to anything.
