Two kinds of roofs, two kinds of work
Troy does not have one housing type, so we do not have one answer. On the older properties the work is usually careful: flashing, valleys, chimney details, and repairs that respect how the house was built. Our installations carry a ten-year workmanship warranty. That covers our labor. The shingle itself carries whatever the manufacturer offers, and we will tell you which is which in writing rather than blurring the two together.
Can I get an estimate without anyone coming out?
We would rather not. A satellite measurement gets you a number, not an assessment, and the number moves once someone actually gets on the roof. The inspection is free either way.
